Comment: I'm a amateur baker and I love this product, It's easy to use. I don't understand the people who said "slow" (including my cousin), because for me it's very good, I guess I found the right move, since the first use, to make it work properly. I would like it to be a little bigger so it can hold 500grs not only 400grs of flour.

Comment: This is the best sifter I have ever owned, I am extremely happy with it. It has plastic lids both top and bottom which saves on mess and the handle allows you to just shake it and it sifts well and doesn't take forever to complete the job.

No squeezing, no cranking, just a gentle shake, shake, is all it takes to sift flour for pastries and cakes. Then there's the other major complaint about sifters: they always leave flour dust in your cabinets. Not this one thanks to top and bottom plastic lids.
