Comment: This disc quickly whipped out shoestring fries. Works great. I'd also like to have a disc that made slightly larger fries too though.

Comment: This disk blade will make the string shape potatoes and fruits that we all love. The potatoes and fruit will come out firm straight. Not mash or wiggling ... The potatoes goes right through the disk blade and never backup or bend.
