Summary: Great alternative to a knife block!
Comment: I recently moved to an urban setting with a much smaller kitchen than I'm used to, and was looking for ways to downsize my counter space usage. This knife tray was a perfect solution! Well-designed to hold my Henckels Pro-S set efficiently, and fits very well in a drawer.
I'd recommend this to anyone looking to get things off their countertop.

Comment: I bought this item because I needed the knife block off my kitchen counter with my two year old monkey running around. I was a little bit disappointed that I couldn't find one to hold the santuko knives based on reviews, as we have two of them. Upon receiving this item, I was very excited, it fit perfectly into my utensil drawer with a bit of room on the side. My two santuko knives actually DID fit very nicely.
I have zero complaints about this item, it's a great bargain and perfect for baby-proofing (or monkey-proofing) your kitchen. Definitely a great buy!

An in-drawer knife storage system is a great option if your counter space is limited, or if you are concerned about leaving your knives out for safety reasons (i.e. young curious children in the home). The tray holds knives safely and securely while protecting the edges and your family.
