Summary: Easy hot cereal clean-up
Comment: Hot oatmeal can stick to the sides of some pans like concrete. The Anolon 1 1/2 quart saucepan is perfect for two people and is extremely easy to clean. The glass lid allows me to view the erupting oatmeal and turn down the heat before the stove is covered with oatmeal lava.

Comment: I recently bought a 10 Pc Anolon Advanced cookware set but it didn't come with a small pan. I bought the 1 1/2 Qt pan and I love it it completed my set. It has a great handle and I especially like the see through glass lid.

Hard anodized aluminum is one of the best heat conductors around when it comes to cookware. It also heats evenly, so food cooks at a steady pace, wherever it's location in the pot or pan. Dupont Autograph 2 has been restaurant tested by professional chefs and has been found to surpass standard non-stick coatings both in performance and durability. This cookware is coated inside and out with Autograph 2 which makes cooking without added fat very easy, and which also makes cleaning up a snap. The handle is comfortable and securely riveted and the glass lid allows you to monitor cooking without loss of flavor, heat, or nutrients. This small pot is dandy for reheating soup, boiling a couple of eggs, warming veggies, and of course for making sauces.
