Comment: IF you follow the instructions it works GREAT! I buy distilled water for it and its worth the $0.99 when you get proper use out of this steamer. I have had it for 6months so far and still LOVE IT.

Comment: Thank heavens I bought this on sale! Worked for about 10 seconds, and that was it; no heat, no steam, nothing. Ran the troubleshooting gauntlet to no avail. Tried customer service, what a joke. It will cost more to ship it back than I paid for it, so looks like in the trash it goes. Don't waste your money, time or frustration.
