Comment: This mat worked really well. My oven runs a little hotter than most and this mat kept my cookies from getting too done on the bottom. And it was easy to clean and store. Would buy again.

Comment: These are very nice and they work really well, but I was surprised at how small they are. I would get a size bigger if I was buying them again.

Comment: I bake cookies everyday for the customers at our bank. These pads are great. I tried parchment paper for a while, but had a few disasters with the paper slipping off the cookie sheet. No slippage with these!!

Summary: Bought for a countertop oven
Comment: I originally purchased this product because it fit into my countertop toaster oven. I saw a Silpat that was made in a size specifically for toaster ovens. I figured that the toaster oven version was just a different size, so I went with this, because it fit my oven better. After scouring websites and reading the instructions, I decided not to use it in my toaster oven. Every source of info said not to use it while broiling. My oven seems to use the top element in all settings, and I assume that is what people mean by broiling.
