Summary: If I had room..
Comment: This is the best all-around pan you can own! It is incredibly versatile, and the non-stick is permanent, not a sprayed on layer-it won't peel off! As it is a nice heavyweight metal pan, treat it as you would cast-iron in the oven-bake things at a slightly lower temp, and they'll probably be done a few minutes sooner too! If I had the room, I'd own a dozen!

Comment: Well there isn't much to say. The pan has been used many times since Christmas. It cooks well, cleans easily, still looks brand new and is worth every penny. Definately recommend.

Comment: I love this pan and use it *frequently*. I'm pleased with the finish and size. It is, however, difficult to get the inside corners clean because of the "seams".

Comment: The pan is great, so easy to clean. When you purchase it the instructions tell you to use the pan at 25 deg. less then the recipe tells you to. So far this has not been a problem.

Every kitchen should be equipped with at least one 13" x 9" pan. This one, conveniently coated with a non-stick surface, is handy for lasagna, spanokopita, sheet cake, brownies, and also for roasting meats. Though you will hardly need the power of a dishwasher to clean it, you'll be happy to know it can go right in the machine along with everything else.
