Summary: The spatula of Kings
Comment: You might think a simple spatula couldn't change a person's life, but that's exactly what this spatula has done for me. From what I understand the plastic in this utensil has been folded over 200 times during the hand smithing process and that level of craftsmanship shines through every time I use it or even look at it. I don't want to come right out and say that merely holding this spatula over a mixing bowl full of funnel cake batter will cause it to part like the Red Sea, or that it is capable of causing baked on cornbread to disengage from the surface of a baking dish just by tapping it against the side, but I feel very comfortable implying those things. The way I see it you have two choices; you can go with some inferior spatula, or you can run with the big dogs. There are spatulas, and then there is this spatula.

Comment: Although it is a bit shorter than some spatulas, it is very versatile. I find myself pushing aside my other spatulas to find this one. Works great for scraping out cookie dough as well as stirring the sauted onions. I have ordered the 12-inch version and anticipate liking it even more due to the added length.

Comment: Trudeau spatulas are the best!!!!! The one-piece design is clean and smooth. No need to worry about gunk getting trapped between the silicone and the handle. Every cook needs Trudeau spatulas in their kitchen!!!
