Summary: Mini quiche pan measured
Comment: I got a set of four of these pans, took the tags off, washed them, and thought they were not deep enough. Om measuring, I found from rim to bottom they were a hair under 3/4 inches. The base of the rim and the removable bottom were about 1/16 of an inch. Bottom line is that the depth of filling to the top of the rim was close to 45/64 of an inch, leaving over 1/4 inch of the 1 inch in claimed height not existing.
