Comment: It worked with peeled apple, but completely failed to chop the onion ... The blade does not reach the bottom of the cup, probably.

Summary: Fabulous Food Chopping
Comment: I had a similar product years ago and it lasted ages. I finally had to replace it with this one. Most people like to use the electric food processors but with the press of a button in seconds my onions and peppers and tomatoes are chopped and can be added to meals of salad. No added expenses to my already high utility bill.

Comment: Don't waste your $10.00 on this chopper....it has too many parts and does not rotate properly...over designed and to much plastic..yuckey...maybe I can use parts of out in the shop...

Comment: Only worked the first 2 times I used it. After that, the blade stopped turning after I pushed it down. So the food wasn't evenly chopped.

Comment: Easy to wash, nice sharp blades. The blades are a little hard to clean safely when bits get caught, but mostly it just washes out in water. Chopping isn't that even but it does a good job if you keep shaking between the chopping. Does a great job with nuts and hard things, not quite so good with softer things (like bell pepper). Overall, well worth the cost.

Love the taste of fresh salsa without all the prep work? This food chopper with its sharp stainless steel blades will do the work for you. Simply add your fresh garlic, tomatoes, onions and peppers into the chamber and push the plunger down to start chopping. When finished, empty the contents into a bowl, season with salt, pepper and lime for a great tasting salsa. Or use it to chop nuts, or mushrooms and zucchini for a great tasting vegetarian omelette.
