Summary: Cook's Illistrated Recommended
Comment: I have become a true believer in America's Test Kitchen and Cook's Illistrated so when I needed a chef's knife I turned to them and this is the knife that won out. It is a great price, light weight (good for smaller hands), and is a dream to work with. I am finding myself looking forward to making dinner now. Between this knife and their technique tips, you just can't go wrong.
