Comment: This cookie sheet makes the perfect Toll House cookies, which is the reason we bought it. They are not too flat and not too fluffy. Wait till you taste them!

Comment: I had one of these cookie sheets and another sheet of a different brand. I bought them both at the same time. The other brand became warped (why, I don't know) and the finish was getting bad. The Calphalon pan is still going strong with just a little sign of wear. That's why I ordered this one. I'm sold.
