Summary: Cuts well, but RUSTS IMMEDIATELY
Comment: I agree with the first poster. The knives seemed to cut and work well, but after one use and only one washing, rust spots have begun forming on the blade. it happened not only to this knife, but a number of other Cuisinart products that I began using at the same time.
Interestingly, this product appears NOWHERE on Cuisinart's site. in fact, I couldnt find a single knife of any kind on their site.
