Summary: By far, the best around!
Comment: I know it seems a bit expensive, but the slotted turners from Henckels are worth every last penny....they're really nice and solid in the middle, but have just enough flex to help scoop up juices and stuff in the corners of a pan...and I've had more than one occasion in which I accidentally left it on a hot burner (we have a flat top stove), but they're doing great, despite nearly a year of use and at least 300 trips through the dishwasher in potscrubber/sanitize/temp boost mode. Also, the handles feel nice and solid, look elegant, and have a nice grip to them.
The problem I have with wood utensils is 1) The still make lines on non-stick surfaces 2) They don't flex at all 3) They burn/char and 4) Dishwashers eat their coating rather quickly, after which point they stain badly.

Comment: Very effective at what it is supposed to do. Sturdy, does not get hot. Turns food well while oil drains through the holes. I was able to flip pancakes and a steakm without it bending. 5 stars!

Summary: The handle says, "I'm melting! I'm melting!"
Comment: One reason I wanted a silicone turner so I wouldn't add to my collection of plastic cooking utensils that have melted handles when I lean them against the edge of the pan while cooking. Well, this turner has now has a nice melted indentation on the handle. I suppose I should have read the description a little closer as it does mention a rubber handle.
The turner part is fine (and made out of silicone so it won't melt), although I find its edges a little too flexible.

Summary: Solid Turner!!!
Comment: This is probably the best silicone turner out there. It's solid and sturdy and the silicone is not flimsy! I've used it for a year now and it still looks brand new. The only complaint i have with this turner is that handle scratches and tears easily (made of rubber) so if you are going to have it in a drawer, make sure you dont have sharp objects around it. Other than that, its great!

Comment: a very nice and very solid spatula. i was surprised to find that it slipped under pancakes quite easily. (it looks as though it might be too thick.) and it has a nice weight. a well made item.

For lifting to serve, turn or flip, this Slotted Turner performs beautifully. Greasy foods can drain through the slots. The silicone surface stands up to high heat from baking pans or skillets, so you can use it during cooking without waiting for cool down. Nonslip handle has a hole for hanging next to your stove or cooktop.
