Summary: Great Product after nearly 2 yrs
Comment: Breadman TR2500BC Ultimate Plus 2-Pound Stainless-Steel Convection BreadmakerHave used this product consistently for nearly 2 years with great results. Takes the work out of making rustic bread by using the DOUGH mode. I am very concerned about customer service problems posted by others and glad I didn't have any service needs within the warranty. Skeptical about buying Breadman again if they do not stand behind those that slip past quality control...

Summary: 8 Loaves and the Pan Pops Out!
Comment: It made eight wonderful loaves of bread, then the pan popped out right in the middle of kneading a loaf. I had read that several others had experienced this, so I was worried. I popped it back in and it almost immediately popped right out again. It would only stay in if I stood there and held the pan in place - which rather defeats the purpose of a bread maker. It's a giant electric paper weight now. Thank goodness Target has a 90-day return policy. Do not waste your money or your time.

Summary: Don't Buy, Don't Buy
Comment: I read lots of reviews for this machine and I wish I had heeded the negative ones. This machine was a big disappointment. It was very hard to get the moisture content right. If it was too wet, then it didn't knead the dough, the blade just turned in the middle of the dough. If it was too dry then it banged the doughball around and didn't pick up the flour in the corners. When the content was right, you didn't know until you watched it for 5 minutes. The clips that hold the pan are poorly designed. During kneeding the blade reverses several times, this causes the pan to shift in the clips and it often comes loose enough that kneeding stops and creates a lot of racket. I had my bread machine for about eight months when it quit working. The screen went blank and no amount of plugging unplugging, trying different socket helped . I called the company in May and they said cut off the end of the cord and send it to them, which I did. They said a new machine would ship by the end of July. Well, it is now September and no bread machine.

Summary: Breadman bread machine
Comment: Wanting a replacement for my first Breadman, I was happy to receive an almost identical machine with the convection feature. I usually mix enough dough for two loaves and this machine can handle up to 7 - 8 cups of flour, letting the dough rise outside the machine. It works great!

Summary: Easy to use! Great bread!
Comment: I've had several bread machines over many years. I had a Breadman before & loved it, but I couldn't get the same one so I bought this one. It was a little cheaper & it actually bakes a more moist bread that stays fresh & good for a few days..using exactly the same recipes that I've used for years. It's not as sturdy as the one I had before so I hope it lasts as long. I would definately recommend Breadman...consistently bakes a great loaf of bread. I only use the 1.5 lb setting because the loaf gets too tall using the 2 lb setting.
