Comment: I ordered these to replace our plastic Ziploc storage containers. It is cutting down on the dishes because they are nice enough to use as serving bowls at dinner and then transfer leftovers easily to the fridge and back to the microwave or oven again.
My only complaint is that the lids are so airtight they are pretty tough to put on. Maybe I just need to get the feel of it and it'll be easier after time but they seem a tad too small. Otherwise, great product, and I'll probably buy another set in the future.

Comment: Plastic storage containers cannot compare to the durability of Pyrex. They do not absorb odors, nor do they stain from highly pigmented food and they do not release toxic chemicals.
