Comment: Great for eggs or light items. A little too flexible for hamburger patties or salmon patties. Heavier items tend to slide off easily, which is what makes this a great turner for eggs.

Comment: Very nice silicon spatula. The material has a good feel and bends easily to scoop under any food. My one problem with this is that it often bends too easily, giving way under any mildy heavy article. I guess a smaller version would be better for turning hamburgers.

Comment: I don't agree with the other reviews. I was disappointed. It's too large to handle a small omelet in a small pan, and it's really TOO flexible to be very strong. My husband is ready just to chuck it away.
