Summary: Does the job but not quite as well as I expected
Comment: We purchased this pump to use at our camp for drinking & cooking water. I expected it to pump a larger volume and it takes a while to fill a large pot. Other than that, we were pleased with it's performance. I read other reviews talking about long delivery times but we didn't have this problem. It arrived in about 10 days which isn't too bad. All in all it's paid for itself already and I would certainly recommend it.

Comment: This item works great! Easy assembly, easy to use. We have bottled water delivered to our home, but filling pitchers and kettles was always awkward with the dispenser stand. With this pump, we keep a bottle upright and it's easy and convenient. While I had no problems using the pump one-handed, someone with arthritis might have trouble. I had a family member try it out and she didn't think she'd be able to hold a glass in one hand and use the pump with the other. Just something to consider, depending on who will be using it.

Summary: Delighted with this product
Comment: After reading reviews about several different pumps, we decided on the Dolphin. The first one we ordered worked so well, we ordered a second one. We use ours with home-delivered 5 gallon water bottles, one for spring water, one for distilled. They fit very well.
We used to turn the bottles upside-down on a stand, but it was always hard to lift them, so we are thrilled with these Dolphin pumps.

Comment: It took a long time to get the pump. Almost 2 weeks and I actually paid for the shipping (usually use free shipping). It doesn't seal very well around the 5 gal water bottle I bought at Walmart. I don'tk now if it's the bottle or the pump. I am going to try another bottle too see if it helps, if it doesn't then the pumps going in the trash.

This is the Original Dolphin Brand Drinking Water Pump, Model 8080. There are many imitations out there. If you want a reliable, long lasting quality drinking water pump, the Dolphin Pump is the one to get!
