Comment: This was a replacement for an original cutter blade that cracked after years of use. This part fit perfectly and restored like-new blending and chopping to my Cuisinart blender. It even came with the rubber gasket.
I'd recommend hand-washing the blender base and cutter blade, since the original one probably cracked due to the drying heat of my dishwasher. Just be careful, though, since this thing is really sharp!
