Summary: Works great for keeping it bubbly
Comment: If you like Champagne/sparkling wine, but can't always drink a whole bottle, this works great to keep it bubbly for at least a day. No, the wine won't be quite as "fresh", but it will be nearly as bubbly and flavorful. Pull it out as soon as you open the bottle and put it on after you're done pouring the first round. Keeps the bubbles flowing all night!
