Comment: I actually own this new product. The price was good and it functions as a fairly high quality steamer. Steam is vaporized water, so expect that everything you steam will end up wet for a period of time. I use a fan when doing the floors and it works great. The floors look super and I think that's the most advantageous part of the machine. The length of time that the steam lasts is very disappointing, especially when steaming fabric. It becomes a continuous steam when "ironing". Not a good idea and I wish there was an on/off button on the handle. It does not function as well as a steam iron, so if you're a fussy dresser you will not like the results on collars, cuffs and the bottom of garments where you have to use the hand mitt so as not to burn yourself. Actually a well insulated oven mitt would work much better than what comes with the equipment. You can not steam garments at the last minute as implied. Allow for drying time, so do that first then get ready to go out. The continuous garment steamer is hot to use at any height or level. So, I ended up feeling hot and uncomfortable. That would not happen if you only steam a few garments at a time. I was happy the A/C and ceiling fan were on during those two consecutive steaming sessions. The steam definitely does not last long enough and refilling is a time consuming process. Emptying the steamer is not as easy as it sounds.
All-in-all, don't expect perfection, but it is a great helper and was easy to initially set up.
